I acquired the following skills at the end of the year :
- Understand and analyze the physical phenomena involved in fluid mechanics in complex situations (turbulence, multi-constituent and multiphasic flows, porous media) and in the heat transfer and associated material transfer modes as well as in the mechanics of solids and structures and in material mechanics.
- Mastery of major commercial codes leaders in the field (ANSYS, Fluent, Abaqus, Comsol-Multiphysics, JMP...);
- Autonomy in solving a problem and ability to report in written and oral, in French and English, studies conducted.
- Mathematical modeling of physical phenomena at the macroscopic scale and an approach at the microscopic scale;
- Implementation and analysis of associated numerical resolution methods (finite differences, finite volumes), by the development of prototype codes using a programing languages (Matlab, Fortran & C).
